Attending Thrive Kickboxing has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend to anyone considering.
Regardless of where you’re at in your fitness/health journey, there is a place for you here.
• The workouts are centered around hitting and kicking a heavy bag, with cardio exercises mixed in. The classes are tough and a great opportunity to push your endurance. However, you can still grow at your own pace here and everyone is very encouraging. I joined after not working out for a long while and the classes felt challenging, yet healthy.
• The trainers are energetic, caring, and intentional. They will push you to your personal best and celebrate with you as you grow. They get the classes hyped up, even after a long day at work or early in the morning the energy is contagious. And in between classes they will check-in on you if you haven’t been in for a while.
• The app to sign up and track your classes is very easy to use.
• The heavy bags also measure how hard you’re hitting the bag, which is a really motivating metric to track over time and classes.
If you’re interested in cardio and a supportive community, this a great gym to check-out.

For over nine years, this has been the only workout I've been able to stick with consistently. The instructors are incredibly motivating and encouraging, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's a supportive environment where everyone, regardless of their personal goals, encourages each other to succeed. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I absolutely LOVE Thrive Kickboxing. I love it so much that I became a member for life a year after I signed up.
The workout is hard, challenging but lots of fun, never the same. We are like family, it’s such a great feeling to come to class and workout with the awesome instructors and motivated, butt kicking members.

It took me years to sign up at this place because I feared anything outside of my comfort zone. Let me tell y’all, I wish I signed up sooner!
I’m a mommy of 5 and being a stay at home mom taking care of everyone else, I forgot to take care of myself. My health was declining mentally and physically and I knew that I needed to take care of myself because my babies need a strong mom.
I tried home workouts and even tried out the gym but it wasn’t working. I just didn’t feel motivated enough. I spent time working out for more than an hour 3-5 times a week and still couldn't achieve the results that I wanted. So I went on google and searched “Benefits of kickboxing”. Everything about it made me want to sign up at ThriveKB!
June 2023, I went on their website and finally purchased 3 classes. I met with Kristine and Abby and they were the sweetest! I was so nervous but they made me feel at home. (Don’t worry, you start out on your own pace and you only get better 😉) After the 1st class, I was so sore. But the feeling I had while kickboxing for the first time was a whole new different level for me! I loved it. I remember Kristine saying “Leave it all on the matt!” That still hasn’t left my head. It felt good to release everything. I felt stronger after a rest day so I went back for more. Surely, after the 3rd class I knew I wanted to continue coming back. I knew that if I wanted to see and feel changes, I can’t quit.
After 6 months, I lost 10lbs. I lost 7 inches around my waist, 8 inches off my hips. I never felt or ever looked like this even before my first baby! “
It’s been over a year now and this is still my second home and happy place. THE RESULTS, THE INSTRUCTORS, THE MUSIC, THE VIBES and all of the AMAZING PEOPLE I’ve met at this place is the reason I come back. I love coming here and starting my day releasing these endorphins!!
I recommend this place to anyone struggling with motivation to make better healthy life choices. This place is all in one. And they will help you reach your goal. 🙂
